Natasha Goncharova:  Ms. Goncharova is obsessed with processes and operations efficiency and effectiveness. She focuses on making small business and startup operations lean and effective so business owners can focus on developing their core product or service.

Prior to Finance Alpha, Ms. Goncharova cofounded TNR Global, an enterprise search integration company, where, together with TNR’s team, she organized the operations flow from scratch to be mostly web based. She also has international  experience in financial consulting (IBTCI, on behalf of USAID) and in corporate finance.
